Must Institute in Paris shows 4.9 from 35 reviews, and its five written reviews consistently describe a small, human-scale club combining Pilates, boxing, and Powerplate training, with named instructor Karim praised specifically across multiple years.

A Detailed Account of Personalized Pilates and Boxing Coaching (translated from French)

Melissa L's review is the most thorough here: "A gem for Pilates and boxing enthusiasts! This human-scale club offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for progressing at your own pace while benefiting from personalized support. The coaches are passionate, caring, and attentive, always ready to adapt exercises based on everyone's needs and level. The Pilates classes are perfect for gently strengthening and improving posture, while the boxing sessions combine cardio, technique, and self-improvement in a dynamic and motivating atmosphere. You quickly feel at ease, far from impersonal gyms, with a real sense of community and well-being." I'd flag that "far from impersonal gyms" framing directly, since it's a specific contrast the reviewer draws against larger commercial gyms, not just general praise for this one.

A Detailed Account of Four Years of Varied Classes (translated from French)

Sofia Zaki's review adds a specific, unusual detail about class variety: "I discovered this sports club about 4 years ago, and I could no longer do without it. Human-scale and friendly, the club offers classes with a coach, including Powerplate, Pilates, boxing, and even theater." I wouldn't skip that theater class mention, since it's a genuinely unusual offering for a fitness-focused club, worth knowing about if you're looking for something beyond standard training formats.

A Detailed Account of Six Years With a Named Instructor (translated from French)

Anne Rousseau's review specifically credits one instructor by name over an extended period: "This sports club is human-scale, warm, and friendly. I particularly recommend the Pilates classes with Karim. I've been taking his classes for more than 6 years. I haven't tried boxing, but it seems very good too." I'd treat that six-year relationship with a single named instructor as a genuinely strong signal of consistent quality, since it's a much longer commitment than a typical positive review reflects.

Additional Accounts of Atmosphere and Tenure

Celia Remy's review describes an elegant setting with a professional, welcoming, attentive team, noting she's been going for three years. Magali Lerouge's review adds a specific note about Pilates becoming something close to a habit she can't do without, again emphasizing the human-scale, friendly nature of the club.

What's Missing

No review states exact membership or class pricing. Nothing here confirms current class schedules in detail beyond the club's own published hours.

Who It's Not For

Anyone looking for a large commercial gym with extensive equipment and high member volume, since every review here specifically emphasizes a small, human-scale club atmosphere as a defining feature. Anyone who needs exact pricing before joining, since no review gives a specific figure.
