Bellissima scuola di Pole Dance Exotic! La consiglio davvero a tutti, di qualsiasi età e livello, ci sono diversi corsi a cui partecipare. Mettersi in gioco nella vita è fondamentale e la pole dance aiuta tanto ad acquisire consapevolezza del proprio corpo. Bellissimo ai tempi d'oggi avere una passione, sopratutto legata allo sport :)!

Frequentare la body rock pole dance studio è un'esperienza davvero unica!! :) Ho provato diverse scuole di pole dance a Milano ma della Body Rock mi sono letteralmente innamorata!!! Le insegnanti sono davvero super preparate e incredibilmente motivanti, sempre pronte a supportarti in ogni passo del percorso. Ogni lezione è un mix perfetto di divertimento, sfida e crescita personale. L'ambiente è accogliente e inclusivo, e ti permette di essere a tuo agio indipendentemente dal livello di esperienza. Consiglio questa scuola a chiunque voglia esplorare la bellezza e la forza della pole dance, imparando a superare i propri limiti in un ambiente positivo e stimolante!!!
Sono iscritta in questa scuola di pole dance da settembre 2021 e ad oggi dopo quattro anni continuo ad amare la sua atmosfera, energia ed insegnanti sempre di più! Mi hanno fatto sentire a casa dal primo momento, alla fine sono come una famiglia ed ho imparato tanto. Consiglio chiunque voglia approcciare a questa disciplina di iscriversi in questa scuola, perché ne vale estremamente la pena!
What a dream Body Rock is! 💘 I've been going there for a year and it made me fall in love with exotic pole dancing. Valentina and the other teachers are excellent and have a super effective teaching method. The care and attention to detail here is hard to find anywhere else. Last but not least, in every class the pole is yours alone and the cleanliness is top notch. I would recommend it to anyone :)
