I developed knee patella problem and was struggling for quite some time which lead me this place. I took physiotherapy with Mr. Imran for 7 months. I improved considerably and could go back to trekking. Great facilities and Mr. Imran helped me a great deal with not only improving my knees but also overall physical strength. Starting with simple movements to aquatherapy to weight training under personal guidance. Strongly recommend.

Apollo life studio headed by Doctor Mahesh is a good place to get your physiotherapy sessions done. Doctor Mahesh is highly experienced and diagnoses your problems , customising a proper treatment plan for you. He is supported by a good team and is very friendly in nature.
I have been for Physiotherapy there, each session they charge 1000 bugs for 10 sessions. First 6 sessions were satisfying and suddenly the therapist went on long leave, because of which they replaced an other therapist who limited the session time for only 10 to 20 minutes. Later came to know that the therapist who actually treating me before has resigned. And the last session I felt it was worse, as it dint atleast last for 15 minutes. We walk with a kind of trust that we would be getting the best treatment, however I have not walked out with that kind of satisfaction. There is no proper supervision or feedback being taken from patients.
*JUST FOR THE SPA*.... I had an appointment for a massage treatment that was confirmed for 9am on Sunday. The spa did not open till 9:30am... that is when I had, had enough and walked out frustrated with the unprofessionalism of the place. I was informed that the spa is now managed by O2... Thoroughly unprofessional. and the best part is that I did not receive any call about my appointment from O2 to followup on the appointment. The place was much better earlier when it was managed by Apollo Life themselves. Now it seems that O2 is out to ruin the reputation of Apollo Life Studio. Never going back there again!!
