Frequently Asked Questions

Is this a gym?

No. It's a studio offering PraVilo, a guided stretching practice on a rope frame. There's no gym floor.

Do the health claims in the reviews hold up?

I can't verify any of them, and I'm not repeating them as fact. If you have a spinal condition or injury, speak to a doctor or physiotherapist first.

What are the opening hours?

Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 20:00, Sunday 09:00 to 15:00.

Is it called Fit 2 Go or QuadroFit?

Reviewers and the linked site both say QuadroFit. The name on this record appears wrong.
