I highly recommend yoga with Igor! He's a fantastic teacher, truly skilled, passionate, and adept at teaching. Igor is very patient, has many ideas to diversify classes, and creates interesting asana combinations while respecting the principles of yoga. Igor adapts the level to the participants and pays attention to his students' development. The atmosphere in the classes is exceptional; I'm sure that anyone who tries Igor's practice will want to return. I've been practicing yoga for years and believe the classes are of a very high standard. Thank you, Igor, for what you do, because you do it really well!

The practice is both very relaxing, with a nice introduction that allows you to escape from everyday life, and also includes asanas that strengthen the body. Igor always adapts to the level of the participants, offering various asana variations, explains how to properly enter the poses, and corrects as needed. He is a relaxed, warm, smiling, and patient teacher. The small groups ensure that everyone receives ample attention. At the same time, each class features different asana routines, so it's never boring.

A wonderful place, I recommend practicing with Igor. It's good for both beginners and more advanced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. Small groups, peaceful, intimate, and unhurried. Igor makes time for everyone. I recommend it again.
