I was looking for a new place for my yoga practice. Whether you are seasoned or a new Yogi, this is YOUR place. Kristen and her staff care about every one of us. You do not have to be uncomfortable that you are not experienced because they want to make you YOUR best self, so come on over and give it a try here. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Parking is easy.

Amazing studio! Kristen is a very kind and compassionate trainer. She helped me tremendously after I had a serious accident. She kept me motivated and offered inspiration and positive feedback when I needed it most. Kristen goes above and beyond. I highly recommend Rebirth Fitness and Kristen to anyone in need of a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.

I always feel welcome here. The instructors are well-informed about their art and very encouraging to beginners. The monthly cost is affordable and if that doesn't work a person is allowed to pay as they go.
