Tampa Bay Kickboxing

This is the School you have been looking for!!! I have been a student of this school for the past 11 years and it has been an absolute pleasure and honor. Sifu Sean Elders is one of the realest teachers I have ever met. Every time I walk thru those doors I am greeted as family. In all these years I have learned something new every single time I am there. Not just some new technique but about myself. I love this school so much that I have even brought my son to train there as well. Not only will you get an amazing work out but you will also learn something that could save your life or of those of your family. One of the most important things I have learned here is to be prepared for the unexpected and how to remain calm in any situation. If you want to grow as a martial artist, want a killer work out, or looking to be prepared for anything look no further. Here is your place!!

Tampa Bay Kickboxing, I have found, is a never-ending pursuit that only becomes more intriguing as time moves forward. It is a way of self-defense, a way of maintaining physical fitness and flexibility, an activity that promotes friendship, a spiritual path, and most of all, simply a lot of fun. I would encourage anyone, regardless of age or physical ability to give it a try. Sifu Sean is highly skilled and is open and engaging. I have never known him to have anything other than the best interests of the individual student as his primary concern. The classes are open to all levels of ability and designed to promote personal growth and a sense of fellowship. I hope you can stop in and see what his martial arts teachings are about. There's always a spot open for you or anyone who is willing to learn this great skill. - Helio Quintero :)

I've been coming to classes here for 6 months. I can honestly say it has been transformative. Sifu Sean is really great about breaking down the basics for total beginners and building up more advanced students. Would recommend highly.

When I came in for my first class, I could tell I was going to learn a lot of useful stuff. Not only does Sifu Sean have a vast and qualitative knowledge of various martial art styles and their inner workings, but he also succeeds at preserving the history and philosophy of the arts that he teaches. All the instructors there have a good eye for form and valuable insight. If you're open enough, there isn't a single class you go to where you won't learn something new about the arts, your peers or, most importantly, yourself. I'll see you in class!!
