The Greatest Gym on the Planet!! They keep the equipment updated and the owners are great people. If you want the best gym in the area go to Total Fitness. I have been a member there since they opened the doors in 1999 and I'll never go any where else because of the dedication they put in the gym to keep it top notch.
We love this gym! It's always clean, well-equipped, and the lap pool is perfect for keeping our kids swimming during the off-season. The facilities are well maintained, and it's been a great place for our family. Highly recommend!
I would even go as far as saying this gym is the best gym in the Midwest. Locally owned. Amazing equipment. Friendly staff. Best indoor basketball court around. The two biggest things that Total has is childcare and an indoor pool with slides and a splash area. Mark and Amanda have built an amazing gym. Highly recommend.
I've been going here for years and have always had a great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has a huge variety of equipment, so there's something for everyone no matter your fitness level or workout style. They also have a pool, sauna, tanning, and offer a variety of classes, all included in the monthly membership, which is an incredible value. There are days I stop in just to relax in the sauna! I also do my personal training here, and it's been a great experience. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. Another big plus is the early opening hours, which makes it easy to get a workout in before work. Overall, it's a great facility with a lot to offer at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend it.
I have been pumping iron for 42 yrs & have been a member of total fitness for over 20 years & have been to many gyms between Indiana & Florida , total fitness is at the top of my list of a gym that is well run , clean , has all the equipment that you would ever need for any type of exercise program. No gym is perfect but total fitness is as close as they come . I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to start an exercise program, they have it all from free weights to machines , women's private workout room to child care , swimming pool to sauna .
