This has been a good gym local right here in Dothan not far from us the people are nice and it's also a 24 hours in I would highly recommend it to anybody looking to better their selves whether it's bodybuilding powerlifting weight training Zumba classes karate they got the whole nine yards and they even Carrie supplements upfront in the refrigerator to purchase

Great price monthly and don't have to sign up for a year at a time. 24 hours with key card access and adequate equipment. Dumbbells go well above 100 lbs.
A great gym for the price. All access is the best because I have actually worked out at 1 am before. This is a clean, nice workout place that is never crowded.
As a gym it has all the equipment you need. The equipment isn't anything new but if you're just looking to get a work out in this will work.
