I was definitely a pilates sceptic. My wife and I have been having private sessions with Sam for the last 6 months. Sam works incredibly hard, varies the routines and is very responsive to individual needs and issues. I am no longer a sceptic and I am convinced of the benefits. Thanks Sam.

Great place and friendly teacher. Dog friendly too which suits me. Sam's pilates classes are varied and fun, always something new and challenging each week.

Had a great experience of energy healing with Sam, didn't have any expectations for it and was surprised by how little there ‭‭seemed to be to it but by the end of the day I felt hugely released. I've found the classes really enjoyable too, Sam has an in depth understanding of how the body works and pays great attention to the detail of movement. I'd recommend the classes to anyone wanting to build a solid base for injury prevention
