From Dayton, OH for the week on vacation. Made prior contact with Golds to see about daily workouts, they offered $15 a day to workout. Never had been to a Golds gym before but this makes me wish we had one in Dayton. Friendly staff and good equipment

This place is amazing!! The staff is so personable and friendly. Ive had a membership for over a year. At first i didn't want a trainer, but they want to see you improve and better yourself. I had Kadeem as my trainer and he did a phenomenal job, I've never felt better. This staff is definitely knowledgeable. The facility is clean and has everything you need. The best part it's never overwhelmingly busy. Best gym ever.

Small gym with a lot of the standard equipment you'd expect to see. It was about 10am when I was there and there was maybe 10 other people working out so not crowed at all. Place could benefit from some newer machines but I must say the ellipticals and bikes we're top notch with TVs built in.

$16 for a day pass. So 2 days cost more than my entire month fee at LA Fitness. Too expensive for a 2hr use.
