I have joined several Yoga clases and trainings at the studio. I have mainly joined Carolina classes. She is just excellent. She is always looking for ways to excel and give the best to the customers. I think her and Roland, together with the res of the team, and of course Queen Mila are creating a beautiful legacy. I always feel very safe here, because I know that I will get good quality training in a warm heartfelt atmosphere. I feel very blessed that a studio like this exists in Zurich. A studio that maintains the essence of Yoga while integrating modern teachings. Keep the great work Team!

Cosy yoga studio with professional teachers and amazing lake view. Different programs for all levels.
I have only been for the outdoor yoga classes and they have been great. Everyone working there is very warm and friendly. I love, love, love the fact that the instructors not only speak English but the ones I have had are native English speakers. It gives me a sense of being at home, even if it's just for one hour. Advice for outdoor yoga participants, wear sun cream.
