I've been going to this gym for the past 3 years and its become like a 2nd home to me. Good crowd, very good service from the staff and a wide range of equipment. Look out for Dave. He runs the place, has excellent customer service, a friendly disposition and will go the extra mile to ensure his customers feel welcome.

Great variety of gym equipment for your exercising needs. Well maintained and equipped. Given 4 stars as i think the washroom and water dispenser area maintenance can be further improved else do not think the cleanliness of the facilities can last for long down the road

Love the gym due to its cleanliness and helpful staff, equipped with complimentary towels and even a sauna in their toilets. Equipments are well maintained but only reason why I wouldn't sign up for the membership and not give 5 stars is because they have too much cardio machines! Who has 10 treadmills in such a small gym??? You can replace 4 treadmills with a bench press (You don't even have 1 and that's why the squat rack is being hogged!!!) and another squat rack would be nice since you only have 1 too!!!

Nice spacious gym with decent equipment and facilities. Experience with the gym management however has been a hit or a miss. Couple of times, they went out of the way to help, and other times, really unprofessional. Reasonable rates as well, compared to other popular gym chains.

Good gym. However some of the youngster gym workers seem to appear as if they own the gym. No greeting. Busy surfing on the desktop. This is not professional. The more senior gym gentleman is professional. Thank you only to him.
