Great gym with an incredible old school flair. All you need if you are looking for pumping iron. Staff is super friendly. Next time when I'm in Hamburg I will come back for sure. But be aware - this is no mcfit chain bullsh*t with crowded rooms, and Broscience all over the place. This is bodybuilding for real. Focus 100% - give 100%. Satisfaction guaranteed also without headphones.
