Staff are so lovely. Lovely friendly gym. Hot concept classes are brilliant. Its the quickest 45 minutes. Laura is amazing at what she does. You can see shes so aware of all the difference levels of fitness in the class and always checks in on the newer people throughout the class.
The gym is great, with plenty of equipment for all types of workouts. It's very clean, and all the equipment is in good condition and fully functional. A great place for anyone looking to stay fit.
Great gym great equipment , met a lovely blonde lady working there couldn't have been any nicer and a bit mad lol but I can relate 😂who took me to do a heat class and was unbelievable training really enjoyed it and am going to carry on more of this training in the future , all in all had a great session @empowerfitness
Very good gym. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a good selection of equipment and all in top quality. Place can get a little packed at certain times, but this only shows how great it is.
