I've been a member of this gym since September 2024, and it's been an amazing experience. The staff is incredibly friendly. I love the structured 45-minute strength sessions that keep me engaged and motivated. Over time, I've definitely noticed that my body has become more toned and defined. The community here is lovely, making it an ideal environment for fitness 🙂

Have just returned to Atomic after a short while on the circuit. Great support from staff with excellent choice of classes to suit all ages and ability. Stength and conditioning, pilates, hyrox and the running club. Also great comradery amoungst clients. Delighted to have returned and would recommend for all ages.

I was never really a gym person, but Atomic is more than just a gym - it's a genuine club and community. I originally joined to lose some weight, and after a few months of training, I took part in their 6-week transformation program. The program gave me the accountability I needed to stay on track, build better habits, and become more mindful of my food choices - all while training a few times a week. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the instructors are great - supportive, knowledgeable, and always encouraging with plenty of banter - off course i have my favourite :) If you're looking for more than just a place to work out, Atomic offers a positive, club-driven experience that helps you stay motivated while training and doing other activities such as run club and regular hikes.
