I had never gone to Pilates before and the 2 week trial really gave me an amazing first experience as to how these classes would be! The instructors are all great and it’s an incredibly hard but rewarding workout! Can’t wait to keep going and get stronger each time!

I've been going to this Pilates studio for a year now, and I'm completely hooked. Even after all this time, the workouts are still challenging, which keeps me motivated and engaged. I've seen a big improvement in my core strength, as well as in my running performance, posture, and overall gym workouts. It's definitely a full-body, well-rounded form of exercise.
This is AMAZING. Not only the space is the best I have seen in Houston , also the teachers have amazing workout background ( Iron man winner) and the machines are the BEST. i have been doing Pilates for many years in different places and nothing like this. I hope to see soon one inside the loop.
