I have been there for more than 2 years and I am very satisfied, great, young and competent team. The care is great and the training is fun and at the same time very exhausting. One achieves so much in a short time, I never would have thought.
I have been here for a year now and still go to training regularly. The care is great, the execution and attitude is always controlled, so that the exercises are really really correct and effective. I see that as a big advantage over the classic gym. And appointment is appointment, because it is not so difficult to overcome the inner bastard.
After more than 1 year of sports break I have found my way again and I am thrilled! Expertise and friendliness 1A absolutely recommendable and uncomplicated.
