Yoga About You Collaroy

Never thought that yoga would be something I will start looking forward to on a regular basis. After class I feel revitalized and ready for the day. Alena, it is a real pleasure to have you as a teacher. Thank you for helping us learn something new about ourselves.

Alena teaches somewhat unusual and fascinating type of yoga - Ryoho. This type of yoga invokes and makes use of important and oft-overlooked parts of the body and internal organs, and the feeling after the lesson is very good. The most amazing part is this: the postures might look very simple to the onlooker, but for the one who does it, it's just incredible and surprising, how much these (sometimes tiny) movements and twists can be non-trivial and rewarding. If you haven't tried it, it's a must - just because the material itself is so great and curious - and also because Alena is a great teacher, and the atmosphere at the class is very down-to-earth and enjoyable.

My mum came to Australia for 4 months and we were lucky to find and join yoga classes  with Alena on Collaroy beach. During this time Alena helped her to fix back and neck issues. She loved this classes and she miss them in Europe at the moment. Yoga with great ocean view next to the beach. Thanks a lot

Beautiful Alena is a fantastic yoga teacher. Her yoga therapy classes pushes you to try your best and feel amazing during and afterwards. She has this caring nature and knows how to motivate you in the right way. I love her energy. Highly recommended!
