If you want to have a great work out, tone your muscles and feel great all weekend, you need to take this class! All exercises can be adapted to your level of fitness so all levels are welcome. I've been taking Yvonne's Zumba classes for years and love it! What really helped with the Covid-19 shut downs was that she offered virtual and live stream classes - Zumba, Zumba Toning, Strong by Zumba and Yoga. This helped me keep active and maintain my mental health during difficult times. Even with reopenings, Yvonne is keeping the live stream and virtual classes in the weekly schedule. There is an option for everyone!
