Lisa Smyrchinsky is hands down the best athletic therapist in Winnipeg. She is super knowledgeable and skilled. She also takes the time to get to know you and what your concerns are. If you're considering athletic therapy, I would highly recommend her!

Morfit is a great place to train. The facility has all the equipment that you need to reach your goals. They even have sleds and kettlebells that go up to 48kg which is uncommon to find at a gym. The staff at Morfit are very knowledgeable in their area of expertise. The gym is always well kept and tidy. Morfit offers a variety of services including personal training, athletic therapy, and massage therapy.

A hidden gem in St. Boniface (with a second location downtown). Unlike many of the big box gyms in the city, Morfit provides a friendly, wellness driven environment for gym goers. Whether you are looking for a gym membership, fitness classes, or personal training, Morfit provides a top notch facility, educated staff, and competitive pricing. Within the gym you will also find an athletic therapy and massage therapy clinic which provide services to the general public and athletes of all levels. As a staff member of Morfit since early 2013, I have experienced first hand that staff are treated with kindness and respect which makes for a healthy work environment and betters the facility as a whole.

I have been a member since the gym opened. Amazing staff, incredibly knowledgable and kind. It is such a wonderful environment with everything you need for a great workout and more. White Lion has been a great added convenience. My trainer teaches me how to use equipment at home. As a busy mom, what a bonus. Two locations is a luxury! Also I really appreciate the holiday hours. What a great atmosphere. This is by far the best gym experience I have ever had! Keeps me motivated, appreciated as a member and as a result I am happier and healthier for it. Thank you Morfit.
