I can't say enough good about this place! - Bring your children. This is HUGE to the modern mom who sometimes needs to choose between her needs and that of her kids. They make friends, have freedom to play and mostly importantly get to see what REAL bodies look like. -no judgement. No eye rolls if you walk in 5 min late or leave 5 min early. No pressure or yelling to do more than you feel capable of that day. -great conversation makes the workouts fly by. - something for everyone! Strength, cardio, rotating classes, Vitality has it all. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed! All the instructors are amazing and encouraging.
Fitness for the modern working woman and more than that the MOM! Bring your kids of don't. Let them play and do their own thing or share PRECIOUS time with them as you move intentionally together. This is the PREMIER spot to model for your child the importance of moving your body as part of a lifetime health plan. Tabitha, Ally and Allison are fantastic trainers with your level of fitness in mind. Constantly adapting to your needs and praising you for showing up. I can't say enough about this place! AND you get to come in and try classes for free!!!!
I love it here!! Classes and the people are fantastic. Plenty of workout times for busy Moms. The support and instruction from the owner Tabitha is not like any other place I have been to.

Kids are ALWAYS welcome & included. Get a great workout in 30 minutes. Physical limitations of any sort, no worries, just let Tabitha know and she will work with you. At Vitality, there is NO reason why you can't get a great workout in! My daughter loves to come along and work out right with me, under all the same guidance I receive. Try out a FREE week today .... you won't be sorry!
To say working out with Tabitha at Vitality Buffalo has changed my life would be an understatement. I went from a person who hated working out and dreaded exercise, to a person who lifts, runs, and bikes for fun and has lost over 30 pounds over the last two years! The vibe, class style, and overall feel of this studio is totally non-threatening, comfy, and relaxed while still delivering a great, butt-kicking workout.
