Just started there. The classes and social atmosphere are AMAZING!! Everyone is super welcoming and kind and encouraging. Love the class variety and time options. The manager, TJ, always makes me feel like I'm the most important person. So helpful and friendly.
I actually am not a member here but my daughter goes to the dance studio inside so I walk in and out all the time! The employees seem really nice and helpful! We have gone swimming there before and it's nice and clean and has a cute concession stand. We've done swim lessons there in the past and they are very reasonably priced for the group lessons! I don't love that the o lot bathroom is downstairs but, hey, first world problems.
Hidden gem!! This place has really saved my sanity as a mom of young children. They offer 3 hrs a week of childcare while i workout. My kids love the daycare & i feel comfortable leaving them there. The pool is also amazing. It's never too crowded. The vibe is also nice & very family friendly!! Thank you Life Centre!!!
Best summer swim program "LifeCentre Lightening Swim Team" & best athletic club staff - TJ and his team! Can't say enough amazing things about this club and program! My girls have loved it and it came highly recommended by dear friends.
Moved there while Alta Canyon Sport Center is undergoing renovation. Enjoy the facilities, hours, convenience and the people!! Might have to think pretty hard about transitioning back to ACSC in 2027 when construction is finished.
