Yoga with Małgosia is an incredible experience for the mind, a great workout for the muscles, and a lesson in self-humility. I highly recommend it, it's a great school :)
If you're prone to addiction, be careful with this school because it's highly addictive ;-) I've been attending classes for almost three years now, have reached the advanced beginner level, and I have no intention of stopping. If you come, you'll probably have your favorite teacher and your favorite type (and time) of class. There's no "pressure"; no one practicing is better than the person next to you. The location is great, two minutes from Constitution Square and five minutes from the Politechnika metro station. Yoga retreats are organized several times a year, both in Poland and further afield (e.g., Greece or India). See you on the mat!

A very good school, I highly recommend the great classes with Joanna Kołyszko. The classes are tailored to your abilities, without pressure, and the various asanas are tailored to your skills. After the classes, you're left with a complete peace and relaxation, and a smile never leaves your face :)
