Great place to train. I trained with one of the personal trainers, Charles Clemons. He is very knowledgeable and specializes in weight loss and strength training. Whatever your goal is, he gets results.
Awesome gym with a wonderful health bar they have a large selection of workout machines and a large swimming pool. Their circuit is also great.
Spacious, staff needs to be a little friendly and helpful though. Very clean and neat, air conditioning works perfectly.
Good equipment and a big veriaty of classes to attend. Gets a bit crammed in the afternoon though.
The club is nice and spacious with a large variety of equipment. However be careful of your personal belongings, as numerous people have been robbed of cellphones and wallets.
