Worst experience I ever had I have been member for 8 months and my experience is the worst aC broken since summer they dont open the windows neither They close all august and the opening and closing hours are innacurate They display they close at 6pm on saturdays but they close 5:30 and they kick uou out All these informations was not shared at the time I joined of course They charged me 12 months in advance and refused to cancel my membership when I asked and complain about all these Dont waste your money in this place Any gym around Como is better than them

I would honestly not recommend this gym... they want to be virgin active but they are far away from them... also it is super dirty! I have never ever seen someone cleaning this gym. Also they put like 50 people in a course why won't they make courses with a limited number of people? This can't be healthy? Also some of the other guests started to argue because there is no space in the course room.. This is cannot be legal to put so many people in a room all together?! Anyways I cannot wait that my contract will finish soon they will never see me again.
