Crossroads Fitness Sandy

I don't usually leave reviews, but this is by far the best gym I've ever been a member of. The staff is all friendly and remembers your name. David, my personal trainer, is phenomenal, he is dedicated and really cares about my success. The gym and equipment is clean well kept. It is a very inviting environment for beginners and experts alike. I highly recommend crossroads to everyone.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Crossroads Fitness in Sandy!! Everyone working here is AMAZING, you get a hello and a smile the minute you walk in the door, and they even know your name. I come here most everyday and the equipment is always clean and in new condition. Also the atmosphere is one where anyone is welcomed, and you can be motivated by those around you without fear of judgement! One of my favorite perks are the classes! the teachers are always high energy and motivate you to sweat your butt off literally!! AND I LOVE IT!!! I recommend this gym to everyone!

I've been a member of Crossroads Fitness Sandy for over three years now. I first came to this gym because it's very close to my home and my 4.5 year old LOVES the daycare. I had been on a weight loss journey to lose 50 pounds and felt no intimidation coming to Crossroads. Just friendly faces and encouragement from what are now my good friends! I also now teach spin at the Sandy location on Monday's at 9am and Tuesday's at 5:30pm. More recently, I've been training with David Alvarez and it has been amazing and life changing! I came to him after already losing a significant amount of weight but was looking for A LOT more knowledge on not only how to improve my workouts but how to fuel myself better for my active life. We have worked together to adjust my calories and macros over the last 2.5 months so that I'm gaining lean muscle and losing body fat, which is exactly what I was looking for. David was a friendly face around the gym and I had also been to his awesome kickboxing class in the past(It is an amazing workout with TONS of positive energy!). His passion for coaching, training and inspiring others to be better and stronger is contagious. I chose to train with him for his wealth of knowledge and because I knew he would push me out of my comfort zone, to know that I'm capable of more. He is a fountain of knowledge and always listens to my concerns, wishes and wants for our next phases of training so that I can reach my potential and then learn more, all while feeling the best I've felt in my entire 34 years of life! Best gym and by far the best coach/trainer I've ever worked with. Thank you!

I'm coming up on my 1st anniversary at Crossroads Fitness. I can say without hesitation that I made the right choice to join this gym when my membership at Gold's expired. It's so nice to be greeted by name every day by the friendly staff at the front desk. Every one seems to care about your health and fitness. The equipment is state of the art and is well maintained. There are many different machines to pick from for working each muscle group. I've worked out at just about every time of day and have never seen it so crowded that I couldn't use the machines I wanted. Crossroads plays a good variety of music, always at a enjoyable level to listen to if you wish, or to not hinder listening on an i-phone to your own choices. I've never used a personal trainer but have observed them while doing my workouts. They seem to tailor the training to each individual's level of skill and fitness rather than instructing with a "one size fits all" program. Go see Blaine, Craig, or any of the staff for an introduction to this great gym. You'll love it here!

seriously they are the best gym I've ever worked out at. they keep their equipment clean and in tip top shape. the classes they offer are fun and inviting to all levels of difficulty. the atmosphere there is extremely friendly and the staff is very helpful with any questions you may have. you won't regret switching to this gym go check it out!!!
