Estero Fit Body Boot Camp

I'm a snowbird, so when I found Estero's Fit Body Boot Camp where you don't have to sign up for a 6 or 12-month membership I thought I'd give it a try. I am so happy I did. I'm over 60, so attend the Ever Fit and Balance classes and they are great. I just have to show up and the incredible trainers give me a great workout. I can feel the fat dropping off and I'm getting stronger. Plus, it is a fun and relaxed atmosphere, and the time flies. Highly recommend you give it a try.

I feel the best about my physical fitness and my eating habits than I have for many years. The group fitness class led by professionals keeps me motivated, safe and makes the exercise so enjoyable. Just a great experience in every way.

I absolutely love this gym! It has been the right recipe for me since day 1. The workouts are quick but challenging. They even provide guidance on nutrition! I lost 20 lbs in less than a year and have never been stronger.

This gym is fantastic! You get a solid workout done in only 30 minutes and the workouts are fun so the time flies by! The coaches are awesome and everyone is welcoming and friendly! I definitely recommend this gym to anyone no matter your fitness level.

I love Estero Fit Body Boot Camp! I felt welcomed and a part of the FBBC family the second I walked through the door for the first time. Everyone (instructors and members) are so friendly and supportive! The workouts are fast, fun, and effective. As a member you can attend unlimited classes and you have access to nutrition plans and fitness consultations if you choose to do so. Since I joined in September I have lost over 30 pounds!! I'm so glad to be a part of the Fit Body Boot Camp family. :)
