This gym really feels like a second home. I have been coming here for over 8 years and I love everything about it. It has the perfect mix of old-school and new-school—classic, heavy-duty equipment alongside modern machines, so no matter how you train, you’re covered. There’s a ton of equipment, which makes a big difference, especially during busy times. The owner, Wendy, is genuinely great and takes a lot of pride in the gym. You can tell she actually cares about the place and the people who train there, which creates a welcoming, no-ego atmosphere. The gym is always clean and well maintained, Being open 24/7 is a huge bonus and makes it easy to stay consistent, whether you’re an early morning lifter or someone who prefers late-night workouts. Overall, this is a solid gym with great energy, great ownership, and everything you need to get serious work done. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a real gym. Definitely best in town!

Amazing gym, very efficient and all around what you can ask for. Definitely a good spot for any type of workout or activity. you're looking for to do in Taft area. They have a range of equipment for most if not all fitness and also are kept up with renewing and maintaining too, overall the gym I always look forward to have a training session in that provides me high satisfaction and will continue to be a part of
