A great place to work on yourself. Great atmosphere, good equipment, open and nice people. The best place to grow with a personal trainer - vast knowledge and competence allow you to achieve the set goals without the risk of injury or damage to health. Trainers have vast knowledge of anatomy, dietetics and nutrition. The possibility of using the sauna and massage.

The best gym in Grójec! Great atmosphere, lots of exercise equipment. Ania and Mariusz are great trainers. Very helpful, with a great sense of humor;) but above all with great knowledge. They know what they do :)

Ania is the right person in the right place. He knows what he does like no one else. She can mobilize even the biggest lazy to work pracy from training with her, a man can barely go out but with a smile on his face. The gym as a place is great. A lot of equipment. I didn't wait for something. The atmosphere that prevails there is sensational. Nobody looks down on anyone. Everyone helps themselves without even knowing each other. I highly recommend this place!
