Small but very well equipped gymnasium; they even have two squash courts! Would recommend as a alternative to any of the leading gym brands. Their pricing structure is on a monthly basis, no joining fee, no contract! What a wonder. They have NO EFT or card facilities and their squash bookings system leaves allot to be desired. Bathrooms are clean and well thought out, as would be expected from a gym. Definitely recommended.

What has happened to this gym with the unnessary renovations? A squash court was removed for crossfit items that are positioned in a way that is claustrophobic and dangerous to even attempt training. Gym fees have increased along with placing a contract whereas before it was solely month to month. Who has time for a contract when you still need to pay cash to enter the gym? Yet with all the unnessary disfunctional crossfit upgrades. The gym still has uncalibrated broken machines too. Such a disappointment :(

Not really accessible to large vehicles/bakkies. 2 different very small lanes to get in with 2 different booms. All good until you scratch your car on the boom because it is to low to see. Although of you go through you hit the security check point 'building' It is then your fault as you had to stay in your lane.... We could barely get out too... We were not well met by the employees.
