Best workout I have ever experienced I still feel the burn from the intense workout

Don kicks your ass, and he makes you laugh while doing it. He obviously trains many famous people, and that's why many tourists and all kinds of people would often take pictures or glance in. That sure can be weird, but it's funny in a way. Music is fantastic , and he never wastes time. He kicks my butt into a new gear and I love it!
