Strong Roots is incredibly welcoming and supportive. They have the best energy about them which makes workouts SO fun. I believe wholeheartedly in the vision for this community and in the amazing woman who set out to create this atmosphere, which has become home to so many like-minded folks already. Strong Roots is truly a luminary for the FM community and beyond.
I cannot say enough good things about Strong Roots. The community is absolutely amazing. The other athletes are welcoming, encouraging, and a blast to be around. I was made to feel right at home the first day I joined. What makes Strong Roots stand out is the phenomenal coaching and programming. I have accomplished more in the past 6 months than I have in the past three years and am doing things I never thought I would be able to do. The coaches and owner care about each person as an individual, knows what their goals are, and works their butts off to help them achieve them. It doesn't matter if you have never stepped in a gym or are an elite athlete, they meet you at your level and celebrate every accomplishment. I now look forward to working out and hate missing days!
This gym makes me SO excited to work out each day! There is always someone greeting you with a smile when you walk in the door. The coaches are absolutely incredible at what they do. You will CRUSH your goals here - especially with the personalized programming that is offered! The owner, Kayla, has a HUGE heart for everyone that has any relation to the gym and is always willing to go the extra mile to make all the members feel welcomed. This gym is for ANYONE at ANY level of fitness or no fitness at all!
This is one of the best gyms I’ve been to! From the community involvement, to the engaging and supportive environment, this gym is truly a tight knit family atmosphere where I’ve felt completely welcome since day one. The coaches here know what it takes to get the best out of each of the members and continually push me, and others, to reach the goals we set for ourselves! If you’re looking for a small group gym, don’t look any further!
Can't say enough good things about this gym! Wonderful facility with a welcoming environment and knowledgeable coaches. This is my family for sure ❤️
