Master martian and instructors are awesome.
Not your ordinary workout class! I’ve only done 2 classes so far but, plan on adding this to my weekly workout regimen. Tiffany is a great instructor and comes prepared. If you want to get out of your comfort zone and have some fun, come check out Fit Box🏋🏼
I love this class. The instructor is very encouraging as well as the fellow students! This class is great for weight loss and strength training!
This class is amazing!!! Its a fast paced, incredibly fun mix of kickboxing, cardio, and strength training. I leave every class amazed that an hour flew by so fast and completely drenched in sweat! The community of fitboxers is so fun and inspiring! We are like a family! The instructor is one of the best fitness instructor I have ever had!! She is dedicated to our physical health as well as our mental/emotional well being. I love that she pushes us to give our all every class and leave it all on the mat, then ends every session with a motivating video or quote to make us remember how amazing we all are! I can't say enough positive things about this class!
