I contacted Acme Fitness after more than 10 years for service of my BH Fitness Treadmill Columbia Pro (purchased from them in 2008), Octane Fitness Elliptical Cross trainer (purchased in 2016) and Body Solid Home Gym (purchased in 2010). They attended to my request promptly by replacing the cable wires in the Gym equipment and serviced all three equipments. I am satisfied with their service (technician was well trained and had all the needed tools) I would recommend interested buyers to purchase products from Acme Fitness who offer best prices as well as great service.
Acme Fitness custom built a smith machine/rack for our home gym. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Communication was clear, the build took into consideration all our requirements, the finished product turned out great and the installation team was cooperative, methodical and knowledgable. Mr Ravin who took care of the order was easy to work with, very reassuring and made sure the end result was to our satisfaction. Would most certainly recommend Acme Fitness.

Acme has taken care of my nautilus for 10 years now and I am very very happy with the service . Very kind and customer oriented company . Sagayaraj serviced my nautilus this time . Wonderful service engineer . I had some issues and he fixed the problem promptly and also was very patient and kind in explaining all my queries and concerns . Thank you so much Sagayaraj . I am very impressed .
****update2***** Motor was fixed today. Hopefully the good service is restored. **************** update: complaint would have been submitted by my husband Uday Rao, we have a Schwinn elliptical since 4 years, its resistance stopped working, when the motor was taken by the service personnel, he said itll be resolved in 10 days, even till 14 days, things weren't moving till my husband had to step in and follow up continously for multiple days to get an answer that the motor needs to be replaced, now we are told we will get it in couple days but from all this bad experience im quite skeptical***** Initially the customer service was good but last few years it's become worse with super slow response and multiple follow ups. Become a headache.
