Excellent gym and very enthusiastic staff. I have been a member for some time. There has been a little increase of membership fees. But I guess it is 24 hours now. I have also had no problem with administration when travelling overseas. Good equipment and nice sauna.
Impressive customer service they all are very nice and friendly. Specially Lisa, we joined at the first visit with her and so far we are loving it.
Love the vibe in this club more than the parramatta one. Great friendly staff and good trainers. Good equipments, fairly new and well-maintained. Good classes at schedules which suits all.
I have been a member since 2012 and go to the body balance class until now. I enjoyed the class but we always start 5 minutes or more later than our schedule due to the previous class, body pump by simone, (not by other instructure). It's getting annoying that we start even later after the members from the previous class clear up the room. Would be great if the management can advised simone to have a better time management !!!!
