I had a DEXA body composition and bone density scan here. The service was professional and the staff was incredibly patient, answering all of my questions thoroughly. The scan itself was high-resolution (I added the wrist bone density scan) and provided clear insights into where I'm doing well and where I could focus on further improving my body. Even after the appointment, I asked a couple of follow-up questions and received very helpful support. Even if you think you're in good shape because of your age, this scan is incredibly informative and eye-opening. I'd highly recommend it and it's one of the best investments you can make for yourself. I look forward to my next scan in 12 months' time!
This is my second time coming to My Vital Metrics. I had my DEXA and VO₂ scans done. Ali was extremely professional and truly knowledgeable about his work and provided all the necessary information and support before and after the tests. He instantly put me at ease and guided me through the whole process with consummate professionalism.
