I am so pleased to have found this hidden gem! Nice relaxed clean enviroment, excellent equipment and a variety of rooms to workout in.The staff behind the desk are polite, friendly and really helpful. Paul the owner is a great guy. So if you feel the need to go gym at all ours in the 24hr clock, well that's up to you. I'm personally happy for the hours between 6am and 10pm weekdays Saturday and sunday till 2pm, because by that time I will have done my workout and will be watching football or eating a Sunday roast with my family. Basically what im saying is, let's support our local community by supporting there business'. And maybe not pop up gyms that seem to be all over the place now. 10/10 for Workoutz fitness gym 💪🏼💪🏼

There is a lady called Lucy who has a room upstairs for beauty treatments. Nails, Brows, facials, massages and many more services. Great prices. Great atmosphere. She will always be my nails lady!
