Dynamix Health Club

I love this place. I highly recommend Dynamix Health Club to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers and Team member are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring. I Love Dynamix Health Club

Have been in many gyms in London. This by far is my favourite! Love the atmosphere, energy in building is great. Friendly people. Price is on point. Yes, they are lacking some machine, but you can not fit everything and pleased everyone. Great place! Thank you guys

This gym charges £40 a month, thing is their services do not warrant £40 a month. It’s at best a £24.99 per month gym. They have a poor website and their communication skills are even worse. There are better gyms in the area like The Gym in East Ham. Not many showers, and the gym gets quite overcrowded, plus it’s no even a medium end gym in all honesty.

Not worth the price at all. I literally have no idea why they charge so much, if anything it should be cheaper than the other local gyms because they offer way more, for example easygym or gymspot. It’s not open 24/7, gym equipment is sub-par/below average, swimming pool is tiny, no parking space around. It only really makes sense to sign up if you already know your way around the gym or you’re mates with the people that already go there cuz no ones going to help you out. You could literally go to another gym that has MUCH better facilities, pay less than HALF the price AND have a personal trainer on top for the same amount your paying monthly to this place (£50 per month). I like the boxing facilities though. But, again, if I’m paying £50 a month I would at least expect some free classes or something.

Came to this gym for a month to see if it's good gym. I will start with good things and then bad...... read below ⬇️ Positive 1) Clean and well maintained gym 2) Not really busy on peak times 3) Friendly staff 4)Have boxing classes Negative 1) Expensive as hell for the type of gym 2) No calf machine 3) Gym too small 4) Broken floor on dumbbell area 5) Swimming pool small can't swim 6) Realllyyy bad shower rooms you have to hold the tap while you shower (Cheap) bad soap looks like mixed with water 7) Barbell externally bad quality 8) No chalk use in the gym 9) Changing room too small 10) don't have large cable machine 11) No Olympic weightlifting platform Go if you just want to stay fit and have money to waste, don't care about bodybuilding neither lifting heavy ass weights.
