I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my first Gyrotonic lesson yesterday Chris. I found it informative and feel it is something I would like to continue with as a way of helping to realign my body, extend my range of movement and allow myself to let go of years of built up inner tension.

Chris is an excellent Gyrotonic trainer. I have been working with him for 5 months and I have noticed a huge improvement in the quality of my movement and spinal health. He has a keen eye for detail and is great at explaining what is required to improve. He is very motivating. He is also a very nice person, highly professional and the lessons are a pleasure. I thoroughly recommend Chris without any hesitation.
