My son started attending their kid's workout class about a month ago. It's been great! He has a blast! The teacher is fantastic- she's really got a way with the little ones. My son is autistic and he is so comfortable in class that you wouldn't even know he is! Overall it seems like a wonderful environment.
seriously one of the most fun workouts i ever get to do. the fact this is drop in, no strings attached, just walking into an amazing atmosphere and community. i always love going to the circuits. i try to go a couple times a month, since its just a blast! i highly recommend stopping by for one circuit (then you'll get hooked)
Nothing but great things to say!! Amazing workout, amazing owner and amazing people. Love the support you get from strangers around you. Today was my first circuit and felt like a family as soon as I walked in!! So much fun and will be a regular visit for me :) And only $8, can't beat it !!
Best gym I've ever been to. Phenomenal vibe, functional equipment of every sort, great programs for all ages, low cost and most important great people. Must do "the Circuit", just show up with $8 on Tues, Thurs, Fri or Sat for 1 hour kick your butt (go at your own pace) every changing workout. They do great work within the community also.
Pride fitness is a great place to go and do circuits! For only $8 you get a great workout in within an hour! Everyone is super welcoming and willing to help you as a beginner! It is truly like having a big family! No matter your fitness level they will encourage you!
