I use this leisure center solely for my child's swim lessons. The instructors are great, and the facilities are in good condition. The cafe is wonderful on days we want an early lunch after lessons.
Very very busy place. But they must improve the standard of their spa facilities as they are always out of order.. Must be the longest wait for replacement parts in history, unless they ordered the parts from the Moon?
Newmarket leisure centre. Not enough equipment rude staff refurbishing at the moment and just been barked at by staff for using the wrong water fountain!!!.....place is really run down usually travellers in the car park no where to park the list goes on for an expensive gym it should be better equipped I'm of to puregym when my membership is up.... very disappointing.
A month ago, had a tour around the facility. We were interested in joining. I am interested in the classes on offer, my husband in the squash courts. We were assured that the 6 month contract would entitle us to use the entire facility. We went away to reconsider. Today, we decided we would like to join, we returned to the leisure centre. We met a different person on the front desk that informed us, no we could not use the squash court on any of their packages. If we want to use the squash court even being a member, we could need to pay an addition £9.80!!! That is ridiculous!!!! So for using the court for 8 times a month, it will cost double the membership fee!!! How on earth does one get to that calculation!!!! This is a rip off!!!! Sorry... not impressed at all.
