Ayatana Yoga Retreats

The course at Eco Yoga with Laura WIlson this past weekend (23-23 March 2018) has set for me a truly " gold standard". Laura is a knowledgeable and very professional instructor gifted, moreover, with being a truly lovely person!. The venue could have not been better, the attendee of the course were a remarkable diverse and interesting group and finally, the team at Eco Yoga undoubtedly made the rest of the magic!. A fabulous 2 night retreat with a focus on wellbeing and stress reduction at Eco Lodge . Laura W. provides the right amount of yoga, fabulous food, and the ability to recharge my batteries in such a short period of time. The outdoor tubs and sauna also helped. Highly recommend if you need a getaway close to home.

It may only have been two nights away at the fantastic EcoYoga centre on the latest Ayatana retreat but it provided a fast track to being completely chilled. This was my third visit on a Ayatana retreat at EcoYoga with Laura and I'm already looking forward to the next escape. Perfect location with fantastic staff, excellent teaching from Laura, superb food, lovely people, hot tubs, a sauna . . . and the sun was with us. What's not to like?

The retreat was brilliant. Laura is a great teacher and made me feel very comfortable taking part in every class even though I was a beginner. The retreat catered for all levels, and whilst I was made to feel comfortable, I could see those who were far more advanced were catered for too. The eco yoga centre was wonderful and the outdoor baths particularly spectacular. The food was exceptionally good. The timetabling allowed us enough time to enjoy the surrounding and do our own thing and also take part in the many yoga and meditation classes. All round great experience!

Great retreat !!! I left feeling very relaxed, stronger in my practice and refreshed. Laura is an amazing teacher and is very attentive. Always ensures the pace, structure and layout for the weekend met our needs. The food was also very good and surroundings very peaceful with just an hour and a bit away from Edinburgh. It was fantastic and would highly recommend a weekend retreat.
