I hadn't stepped foot in a gym in over 5+ years and working with Lauren before I knew was where I needed to be! Rocktown will definitely help you reach your fitness goals and there's something new everyday so you are never bored! I can't wait to see where I am able to go from here with the help of the Rock!!! ❤️
Amazing coaches who provide support, training, motivation and a family/friendly atmosphere that is exceptionally welcoming. They modify to any fitness level or lack of. Walk through the door and they’ll take care of the rest.
Great community of passionate athletes and coaches. I am new to town and this gym has welcomed me with open arms. Great workouts programmed by their own coaches, they also have a challenging mile course run. Also recently moved to a great new space that is both huge and easily accessible, and right in town. Come check it out !
My girlfriend and I went this morning for our first CrossFit experience! I was very negative before we went and nervous about doing something I wasn’t familiar with around people I thought would judge me. However, I had the best workout of my life with people who truly supported, motivated, and encouraged me. I thought it there would be a bunch of people with shirts off making me feel uncomfortable in my own skin but everyone at Rocktown made me feel so comfortable that we will be getting a membership and continuing to go!! I highly encourage others to join!
When I first started at Rocktown I was out of shape and intimidated by the idea of CrossFit, but I was so pleasantly surprised by how welcoming everyone was and how modifiable the workouts were. Everyone here is working on their own goals and if you are ready to put in the work they are there to support you! It has been such a great experience, and a year later I can say joining was the best decision I have made!! If you are considering it I cannot recommend it enough, send them a message and get started! (They are super responsive and welcoming to new members and drop ins!)
