A great trainer with a wealth of experience in a few fields. Excellent to do strength training with, and a professional boxer who knows how to hold pads properly (and extremely well) Also runs one hell of a group fitness class. Cannot recommend him enough. Thanks for all your help over the years
Jarrett has shown professionalism, knowledge, patience and most of all has been non-judgmental toward me. He knows what he's talking about and seems to genuinely care about his client's well-being. Jarrett has offered me tips regarding my nutrition and has encouraged me and kept me motivated during group class and in my PT sessions. I highly recommend Jarrett to anyone who is looking for a PT who cares.
Couldn't have asked for a more dedicated and supporting team. Always have a blast and so grateful for the time spent here.
At the Beginning of 2015 I started Jarrett's Boxing Classes with no experience whatsoever. His drive in helping me improve through his classes made me see boxing as a hobby more than exercise. This helped me rid of old habits that always held me back and now I have lost up to 12kg in my time training with him. After a few months I was hungry for more improvement and began weekly Boxing PT sessions with Jarrett which made my boxing drastically improve. If it wasn't for Jarrett's classes and sessions I would still be sitting at the pub 12kg heavier with no drive, motivation or ambition.
Jarrett's experience with boxing is second-to-none and you will always leave a boxing PT with him feeling like you've learnt valuable skills. He is patient and explains movement really well, so you can easily follow his direction. If boxing isn't your thing, Jarrett can take you through a hard weights session and you will always feel like you've had a great session!!
