Probably my favourite gym I have ever been to in my life. I've been to gyms all over the world, and many in SE Asia. The staff are amazing and the facilities are incredible. I have stayed in Surat Thani twice in the last 2 years and have spent almost every morning of my stay in this gym. There are huge spaces for crossfit and cardio based workouts, as well as a large gym section with a ridiculous amount of machines and equipment. I could not recommend this gym enough. I would travel to Surat Thani specifically for this gym!

Very very nice Gym, amazing training from Tong, you have everything you need , gym is half opened + fans , so always fresh air and clean, definitely recommend.
My absolute favourite gym i’ve been to whilst travelling SE Asia! It cost 120/session Mon-Fri, and cost 100/session at the weekend. It has everything you need for a good workout, is very clean and the staff were so friendly. There is no AC which doesn’t bother me, but I appreciate it might be a dealbreaker for some people. I came here almost everyday for a week and highly recommend this gym to everyone!
Excellent Gym in Surat Thani, if you are traveling through Surat Thani and want to fit in some gym time to stay fit this is the perfect place to do it. They accept casual walk-ins at 120 Baht which is very reasonable. A monthly membership is 1200 Baht. Staff are friendly and welcoming. They have a large carpark in the back which is very convenient because parking on the road can be a problem in most streets in ST. The Gym is very modern and spacious, equipped with a large variety of high quality machines, a good selection of free weights and benches, plus 2 large areas for aerobics classes. Machines get regularly wiped down and the Gym is very clean and tidy. Changing rooms and showers are tidy, lockers are available. I can highly recommend using this Gym for your training and I will continue to pop in for casual training sessions each time I return to ST.
