We trained here every day for two weeks and were really happy with the gym. It's very well equipped for strength training, has good options for cardio, and plenty of free weights. It was also never too crowded - usually no more than around ten people at a time, so you could always do your workout without waiting or feeling rushed. For the price, it's honestly hard to beat - 600 Baht for two weeks is amazing value. Easy five stars.
Been coming here for 2 years, run by 2 super friendly women and a nice little dog to always greet you. Good equipment to train everything you want, fans are always on so it's not overly hot and there is a fridge serving cold drinks, however it does need to translate the "put your weights back" signs into Russian... 10/10 gym overall
I really liked it here! It is only 100 baht for one day and I think that is a very good price. You have everything for a good training and get a towel for the day. I could do my training. They only have a fan and not an A/C but for the price I don't expect it. I went in the morning and it was absolutely fine. I am coming back for sure.

You'll also find a solid selection of machines for leg day, push, and pull workouts. The gym is open every day, and a day pass is only 100 baht, with a weekly pass for 400 baht - great value! Fans help keep you cool, and they provide towels and lockers. You can also buy water or electrolytes for just 10 baht each and grab a protein shake for 100 baht. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great workout spot!
