Had to get on here and leave a review. To start, so this review is as honest as possible for future patients, the front desk girl was a bit stand-offish and distant. Made me feel kind of hesitant to ask any questions i might have had, but she was also expecting and i was fed up and cranky when i was pregnant. she was to the point and professional i might just be too personable haha. This 5star review is to the ultrasound tech Brittany she was amazing, personable, and understanding and just so nice. If i ever had to get this done again i would wish i could pick her again.

I was checked in as soon as I walked in by a polite worker, but then all heck broke loose when I got labs done. I suffer from fibromyalgia and aLot of other chronic conditions that deal with pain. When the lab nurse was putting the band around my arm. I proceeded to tell her it hurt and I suffer from fibromyalgia. She said," oh it's all in your head and you have to push yourself everyday because she had ,had it but doesn't have it anymore." As she was finishing up and I told her, to walk in my shoes, she started to pinch my lower forearm and said, " you feel this. You feel this?" I gave her a look, she said ,"You look like you want to punch me. " I said, "I do." I grabbed my stuff and left. I was just in shock that all that just happen. I may look fine on the out side, but I suffer tremendously on the inside everyday of my like with stenosis, spondylitis in my neck and back, OA, fibromyalgia and for her to just brush it off and then pinch me several times on top of it all. I have never had any problems when I've come there before until today.😢🤔

Schedulers were very unprofessional when I went for blood draw. Sign in at podium located by itself in the lobby away from registration desk which was not staffed. No staff member checked during 20 minutes I waited. Approached the desk to see if that was indeed where I was supposed to sign in and the schedulers stated "Have a seat we will get to you." Ended up leaving and going to my primary care physician's office. I schedule patients everyday and this is not a good example of how to treat patients.
