Came to BOX ANDOVER relatively unfit and took the Boxercise class. After a few months, was already in the best shape of my life. Went on to learn boxing and even had my first fight. Now lifting weights and have learned to love physical fitness - forever! Superb gym with the latest equipment, and friendly and knowledgeable trainers. Can't recommend these guys highly enough.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Really enjoy the morning bootcamp sessions. Mixture of bag and mat work. Definitely recommend Box Andover.

I really can't recommend these guys highly enough. My son has been going for around a year now and looks forward to each and every session. The Wednesday junior fundamentals were an excellent way for him to learn the ropes but he's now moved on to the Tuesday or Thursday advanced sessions for a mix of cardio, circuit training, bag work, pad work, and other boxing related training. He's even taken on his first sparing session recently - all without pressure (he was really worried about getting hurt!) and done at his pace. Sean and team offer a nice balance of humour, motivation, and expertise in various areas such as speed/footwork or combination training. It's not only the coaches that are great, the other members encourage, help, and make everyone feel welcome. I only wish I could find one closer to my home in Reading but I just can't!
Great little place could do with making it so you can have more people at a time as kid classes sell out quick.
