Fantastic coaching and students. Great supportive, calm vibe and true technical knowledge. By far the best in Brighton. Head coach Yousuf and team are very friendly, approachable and fun. The higher grade belts are always supportive. You will feel safe when rolling with other belts as there is constant oversight from the higher grades. Would definitely recommend.10/10

Elements is an amazing place to train at, brilliant atmosphere and plenty of classes to choose from. Coming to a new club from an old one makes you feel nervous as anything but soon as you walk into the gym everyone makes you feel welcome. If you're looking for a place to learn bjj, striking or just want to train then I'd highly recommended coming down and trying a class.

The standard of teaching and quality of the instructors are phenomenal, the place is super clean and light, but the thing that stands out the most is the positive, friendly and supportive atmosphere at the gym, as well as the sense of community between all the people who go to elements. I couldn't recommend this place enough , and especially for beginners who are thinking of trying BJJ and grappling. It's a genuinely awesome community to be a part of.

Great place. The instructor and all the people are always welcoming. An amazing gym for learning and rolling with people of all levels. I particularly admire the fundamental classes attended by all belts. The location is awesome, a lot of mat space and equipment for fighting sports. The gym is spotless, a nice place to learn, to roll, to have fun and to chill. Once again, I really recommend this place: don't miss it.
